Direct report to the Vice President of Human Resources. Responsible for screening resumes and organizing interviews with candidates. Assisted in the smooth transition during Boeing’s acquisition of Narus. Responsible for new hire orientation and supervision of temporary staff.

 

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA INNOCENCE PROJECT

June-December 2010

Student Intern

Under the supervision of an attorney, responsible for investigating cases of incarcerated persons claiming actual innocence of the offense of incarceration. Responsible for conducting legal research and preparing motions before state courts. Drafted a motion that won money for investigative funds.

Community Support Assistant

Responsible for providing in-home care and assistance with independent living for adults with developmental disabilities, including mental retardation, autism, epilepsy, Down’s syndrome and cerebral palsy. On-call for support in the event of emergencies.
